For this look I paired a recent Lilly for Target white crop top with a pair of neon coral flowy shorts. These shorts are perfect for hot weather because they move with your body and are super light weight. This white top also pops against the neon color of the shorts which I love.

We found this adorable vintage shop in Des Moines to take pictures in front of! I couldn't help but mess around with the wheel barrel.
