Preppy Diaries: Coral Crush
This rosette necklace is the classic symbol for being preppy. It reminds me of Sarabelle93x which lets be honest, who doesn't love her? The necklace is J Crew inspired and I purchased it on www.veryjane.com.
The Outfit: I wore this bright coral sweater thinking it might actually feel like fall. Not to my surprise it was still 80 degrees out in Ames. But, for fashion purposes I toughed it out. I paired the sweater with denim polka dot shorts. Of course I also wore my cream rosette necklace that I am border line obsessed with. {it's casual}
I completed the look with simple brown flats and some wavy hair action.
A simple hair option is to sleep with your hair wet in braids. Mine dries by the time I wake up and you have kinky waves instantly.
