While I'm home for winter break I've been trying to mix up my wardrobe a little bit! I'm trying to wear pieces and accessories I haven't worn in a while to get things circulating and to not let pieces lay in my closet. Sometimes I feel like I have nothing to wear, but I just need to re-visit old favorites. One of my old favorites is my Sam Edleman spikey rose gold loafers. I used to wear these all the time in HS but since college I haven't worn them. After receiving some beautiful Kendra Scott rose gold jewelry for a gift I knew I had to take them out again.
I paired these loafers with a simple white sweater and a black flare skirt. To add some pattern I added grey and black polka dot tights to the look. For a pop of color I wore my go-to Coccinelle purse of the moment I picked up in Italy. But, I recently discovered they have a U.S. website now! My purse is currently on sale so be sure to check it out. These bags are great quality with amazing Italian leather. This bag is the perfect everyday size for me: it fits my wallet, a pen, travel medicine, phone charger, lipstick, and lip balm.
This outfit was perfect for running errands and getting coffee on an un-normally warm winter day. I try and dress up during the week even at home so I feel the motivation to get things done! As you may know, dressing well is my biggest tactic to getting things done.
